The Self-Service application is intended for the Axidian CertiFlow users and allows to perform some operations with device on his or her own.
The application is available at https://<FQDN of the service>/ss
After logging to Self-Service, the following information of himself or herself becomes available to user: name, logon name, e-mail address, phone number and photo. The information is presented as a table.
User data (name, name to login into domain, email address, phone number and photo) is added to Axidian CertiFlow system automatically from the Active Directory profile. Changes made to Active Directory profile are immediately displayed in Self-Service as well.
The set of actions with the device available to the user in the Self-Service application is determined by the Axidian CertiFlow administrator in the Configuration > Policies > Workflow section of the Management Console.
