Links to additional files or web-pages for Self-Service web application can be configured by the administrator.
Enable downloads option in Common features section of Axidian CertiFlow Configuration Wizard.
They will be displayed on: https://<FQDN of the system server>/cmservice/Downloads. You can get to the same page by clicking 
button on Self-Service page.
Click on the link to start file download or go to the web-page.
