If the administrator has added files or links in the system settings for use in the Self-Service, the user can use them by going to: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads or by clicking on the button in the user account area

Enable downloads option in Common features section of Indeed CM Setup Wizard.
On the Downloads page, the resources that the administrator has added will be available:
If a file has been added, clicking on the link will start the download, if a web page, it will open in a new tab.
