Obtaining a license

To obtain a license, you have to communicate the system identifier to us.

  1. Open the Indeed AM Admin Console management console.
  2. In the left-side navigation bar, in the Settings section, select Licenses.
  3. Copy the value of Installation Id field and send it to the manager assigned to your organization or to support service at: support@indeed-id.com

Registering licenses.

  1. Open the Indeed AM Admin Console management console.
  2. In the left-side navigation bar, in the Settings section, select Licenses. 
  3. Click the Upload License button.
  4. Click the Select a file.

  5. Select the license file and click Register.

    All licenses that have been successfully registered will appear in the table. The table includes the following columns: 

    • License type − the component to which a license will be applied. 
    • Quantity − the number of registered licenses. 
    • In use − the number of licenses that are currently in use. 
    • Start date − the start date of your license. 
    • Expiry date − the expiry date of your license. 
    • Date of issue − the date when your license was released.
