Adding AirKey card to Indeed Certificate Manager and assignment of it to a user are performed automatically during issue procedure. AirKey can be issued from User card or from Сards tab.
To issue AirKey card from user card, proceed as follows:
- Switch to Users tab and search for the user.
- Switch to the user card by clicking his/her username in the search results
- Click Issue AirKey.
To issue AirKey card from Сards section:
- Switch to Cards tab.
- Click Issue AirKey. The AirKey issue procedure is identical to one of hardware smart card issue in Indeed CM.
- Select a user and click Select.
- Define the Label or leave the default one as it is.
- Click Issue.
The issued AirKey card appears in the Assigned cards section:
If the smart card usage policy of Indeed CM has integration to Indeed AM & ESSO enabled, then the issued AirKey smart card might be used both for authentication in domain and SSO applications, and for digital signature or access to resources that require personal certificates.
