Links to additional files or web-pages for Self Service web application can be configured by the administrator in Indeed CM Setup Wizard. They will be displayed on: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads. The same page also can be reached by clicking 
button on Self Service page.
Links to additional files or web-pages for Self-Service web application can be configured by the administrator Enable downloads option in Common features section of Indeed CM Setup Wizard.
