The Indeed Certificate Manager operator can reset the user security questions and answers to those, if required. In this case the user would have to set up new questions and answers in the Self-Service application.
To reset security questions of a user, proceed as follows:
- Click Reset answers to security questions in the user card.
- Click Reset to confirm the action.
