If you forgot your smart card PIN or had it locked - notify the responsible administrator of it. He or she would create Reset user PIN task for your card. Connect your smart card to a computer and wait for Reset PIN form to appear.

To reset PIN, answers to security questions should be defined. If you do not remember the answers, then you can change those in Self Service.

Enter the answer to one or several security questions, set a New PIN, confirm it and click Reset. If reset user PIN successfully, the corresponding message is displayed.
