Click Update in device properties. Select the necessary certificates, if permitted by device issue policy and click Next. Enable the Update card on the agent option and specify Comment if required. To create the task, click Update.
To update the device, the Agent prompts the user to enter the PIN code of the device to be updated, when the latter is connected to the user workstation. Enter the PIN code and click Update.
If the PIN code is correct, device update begins.
Otherwise, the corresponding message is displayed and update is not performed.
