If you forgot your smart card PIN code or had it locked - notify the responsible administrator of it. He or she would create a PIN reset task for your card. Connect your card to a computer and wait for PIN reset form to appear.

To reset PIN code, answers to security questions should be defined. If you do not remember the answers, then you can change those in Self Service.

Enter the answer to one or several security questions, set a new PIN code, confirm it and click Reset. If PIN reset successfully, the corresponding message is displayed.
