Obtaining licenses

  1. Open Management Console at https://<FQDN of the system server>/cm/mc and go to Configuration→Licenses.
  2. Copy the value from the System identifier field and send it to your Axidian representative or to Axidian technical support. 
Warning

System identifier is a unique code that is generated according to the way Axidian CertiFlow user directories are arranged. If a directory has been moved, all licenses are no longer valid. Contact Axidian technical support to resolve the issue.


Adding and removing licenses

To add a new license, click :

  1. Open Management Console and go to Configuration→Licenses.
  2. Click Add license,

  1. upload the license file and click Add.

After a license has been added, a table appears with information on all the available licenses.

Image Removed

To remove a license from the system, select it in the Licenses list and clickImage Modified. Confirm the action by clicking the Remove button→Remove.
