If errors occur, diagnostic data may be required. The following Indeed PAM components have built-in diagnostic data collection tools:

  • Indeed PAM Core
  • Indeed PAM IdP
  • Indeed PAM Gateway

After installing Indeed PAM Core, IdP, and Gateway components, they will automatically enable diagnostic data collection.

Depending on the error, diagnostic data from one or more components may be needed.

To determine the component you need, contact technical support support@indeed-id.com

Directories for collecting diagnostic data:

  • Indeed PAM Core - C:\inetpub\wwwroot\api\Logs
  • Indeed PAM IdP - C:\inetpub\wwwroot\idp\Logs
  • Indeed PAM Gateway - C:\Program Files\Indeed PAM\Gateway\ProxyApp\Logs

Before collecting data, you need to clear the directory of the required component and reproduce the error.
