Axidian CertiFlow Agent is an additional component of the system, it should be installed and configured after Axidian CertiFlow is deployed.
Axidian CertiFlow Agent allows to remotely manage and control personal user authentication devices (USB tokens and smart cards). Agent is deployed to workstations with devices issued by Axidian CertiFlow.
Agents work automatically on users' workstations and perform the following operations with smart cards:
locking and unlocking
clearing
changing the PIN code of the card administrator
card monitoring - reporting on blocked or unregistered cards and incorrect PIN-code entry attempts.
If the administrator-set rules for smart card usage are violated (e.g. if a user connects to another employee's workstation), the software can block the smart card or the user's session in the operating system.
