Internal document management feature is an optional component of Axidian CertiFlow. You can configure this feature either at the initial system setup or after the system is deployed.
You can use this feature to manage document workflow between users and system administrators. The following types of data can be processed:
Personal data – copies of user identification documents
Certificate request – a user-signed copy of an application to create a digital signature verification certificate
Certificate information – подписанная пользователем копия сведения о сертификате ключа проверки электронной подписи
Request to revoke a certificate – a user-signed copy of the application to withdraw the digital signature verification certificate
User documents – other documents
Configuring internal document management
Open Axidian CertiFlow Configuration Wizard and check theInternal document managementoption in Common features section.
Open the Management Console and go to Roles. Grant privileges for document management to system administrators.
