Before you start unloading data from SAM, you must prepare Indeed Certificate Manager to receive this data. Perform the following steps:
Make sure that the Indeed CM user directory is the same as the SAM user directory. The path to the user directory is set in the Indeed CM Setup Wizard (section User Directory > Active Directory).
Make sure that there is a valid license for enough users in Configuration > Licenses.
Make sure that Configuration > Card types adds all eToken device types used in SAM.
