If the user's workstation is equipped with the Trusted Platform Module 2.0 and TPM virtual cards are allowed in the system configuration when issuing the smart card in Self-Service, the user will be suggested to Create TPM virtual card or select a connected hardware smart card.
IndeedCM.TPM.Middleware must be installed on the workstation to issue the TPM virtual card.
After clicking the Issue button, Indeed Certificate Manager will create the TPM virtual card and assign it to the user. The TPM virtual card can be used just like hardware smart cards on the user's workstation. For example, for authentication in a domain.
