If the administrator has added files or links in the system settings for use in the Self Service, the user can use them by going to: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads or by clicking on the button in the user area .

Downloads files and resources option in Common features section of Indeed CM Setup Wizard.

A user can print out the data of a certificate and/or certificate request, if necessary. The printout is performed by clicking the button.
