1. Open your Admin Console. 
  2. In the left-side navigation bar, select Users. 

  3. In the Name field, enter the username or UPN.

    You can use a part of a name to run a search.

  4. In the Container field, select the search location − the entire container or a separate OU. 
  5. Click Search.
