Click Revoke in device properties and enable the Clear card on agent option.

• Clear card removes all certificates written to the device with Indeed Certificate Manager. Certificates and keys written before the device is deployed to Indeed CM remain intact.
• Initialize card removes all contents of the device, password policy (if any) and changes the device name. 

If the device is to be unassigned from the user, then click Extra and enable the Unassign card from user option.

If the option is disabled, then the device remains assigned to the user after clearance or initialization. Therefore, it can be issued by the user again. To create the task, click Revoke.
