Internal document management feature is an optional component of Axidian CertiFlow. You can configure this feature either at the initial system setup or after the system is deployed.

You can use this feature to manage document workflow between users and system administrators. The following types of data can be processed:

  • Personal data – copies of user identification documents
  • Certificate request – a user-signed copy of сertificate request
  • Certificate information – a user-signed copy of сertificate information
  • Request to revoke a certificate – a user-signed copy of request to revoke a certificate
  • User documents – other documents

Configuring internal document management

  1. Open Axidian CertiFlow Configuration Wizard and check the Internal document management option in Common features section. 
  2. Open the Management Console and go to Roles. Grant privileges for document management to system administrators.
