Connecting via Access Gateway

1. Open SecureCRT.
2. Open connection window.
3. In the Protocol: dropdown list select SSH2.
4. In the Hostname: field, enter the DNS or IP address of the SSH Proxy or the Balancer.
5. Enter the username.
6. Click Connect.
7. Enter the password and TOTP.
8. Select the resource you want to connect to.

Connecting to a Specific Resource

1. Open SecureCRT.
2. Open connection window.
3. In the Protocol: dropdown list select SSH2.
4. In the Hostname: field, enter the DNS or IP address of the SSH Proxy or the Balancer.

5. Enter the username. You can specify it in the format: [user-name]#[resource]#[account-name]#[reason]@[proxy-address].
   For example,
   

   VDD\alex.shushkin#cent9en.vdd.com#CENT9EN\local##

   
   

6. Click Connect.
7. Enter the password and TOTP.
