Links to additional files or web-pages for Self Service web application can be configured by the administrator in Indeed CM Setup Wizard. They will be displayed on: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads. The same page also can be reached by clicking 
button on Self Service page.
Enable downloads option in Common features section of Indeed CM Setup Wizard.
Click on the link to start file download or go to the web-page.
