Hardware requirements to Indeed CM server

• At least 4 Gb RAM
• At least 50 Gb free disk space

• Hardware requirements are identical to the ones for operating systems that the software product is running at.

• Windows Server 2008 SP2 32/64bit (with KB980368 update installed)
• Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
• Windows Server 2012/2012 R2
• Windows Server 2016 
• Windows Server 2019

Indeed CM Server installation requirements

• Internet Information Services 7.0 and higher, with the following modules¹:
  – Static Content
  – HTTP Redirection
  – ASP.NET
  – .NET Extensibility
  – ISAPI Extensions
  – ISAPI Filters
  – Basic Authentication
  – Windows Authentication
  – IIS Management Console
• Microsoft .NET 4.5 and higher²

Certification authorities

Microsoft Enterprise CA:

• on the basis of Windows Server 2003 and 2008, starting with Enterprise edition
• on the basis of Windows Server 2012 R2, any edition
• on the basis of Windows Server 2016, any edition

Supported data storage types

• Active Directory without scheme extension
• SQL database: Microsoft SQL Server 2012 SP2 and higher, any edition

Supported cryptographic service providers (CSP)

• CSP of device manufacturer (Gemalto, RSA etc.)
• Microsoft Base Smart Card Cryptographic Service Provider (if CSP is not provided for by device manufacturer)

¹Use powershell script from the installation package (..\IIS.Setup.Scripts) for quick installation of Internet Information Services with necessary modules.
²When deploying Indeed CM server, Microsoft .NET 4.5 should be installed after IIS installation and setup.
