Tip

Enable downloads

If the administrator has added files or links in the system settings for use in the Self Service, the user can use them by going to: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads or by clicking on the button in the user account area Image Removed.

Tip

Downloads files and resources option in Common features section of Indeed CM Setup Wizard.

On the Downloads page, the resources that the administrator has added will be available:

They will be displayed on: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads. You can get to the same page by clicking Image Added button on Self-Service page.

Click on the link to start file download or go to the web-pageIf a file has been added, clicking on the link will start the download, if a web page, it will open in a new tab.
