If you forgot your smart card PIN code or had it locked - notify the responsible administrator of it. He or she would create a PIN reset Reset user PIN task for your card. Connect your smart card to a computer and wait for Reset PIN reset form to appear.

Warning
To reset PIN code, answers to security questions should be defined. If you do not remember the answers, then you can change those in Self-Service.

Enter the answer to one or several security questions, set a New PIN, confirm it and click Reset. If reset user PIN reset successfully, the corresponding message is displayed.
