If the Initialize card option is set up in the Issuance section, the User PIN will be reset to the value, set up for a certain card type in the Initialization Parameters.
To reset a smart card PIN

Switch to Users tab and search for the user.
Switch to the User card by clicking his/her username in the search results.
Select the necessary card and open its data.
Click Reset PIN.
