Enable downloads 

If the administrator has added files or links in the system settings for use in the Self Service, the user can use them by going to: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads or by clicking on the button in the user area Image Removed.

They will be displayed on: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads. You can get to the same page by clicking Image Added button on Self-Service page.

Image Added

Click on the link to start file download or go to the web-pageA user can print out the data of a certificate and/or certificate request, if necessary. The printout is performed by clicking the Image Removedbutton.
