If you forgot your smart card PIN or had it locked - notify the responsible administrator of it. He or she would create a PIN reset task for your card. Connect your smart card to a computer and wait for PIN reset form to appear.

Enter the answer to one or several security questions, set a New PIN, confirm it and click Reset. If PIN reset successfully, the corresponding message is displayed.
