If the administrator has added files or links in the system settings for use in the Self Service, the user can use them by going to: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads or by clicking on the button in the user area .

If a file has been added, clicking on the link will start the download, if a web page, it will open in a new tabA user can print out the data of a certificate and/or certificate request, if necessary. The printout is performed by clicking the Image Removedbutton.
