Links to additional files or web-pages for Self Service web application can be configured by the administrator in Indeed CM Setup Wizard. They will be displayed onIf the administrator has added files or links in the system settings for use in the Self-Service, the user can use them by going to: https://<FQDN Indeed CM server>/icmservice/Downloads or . The same page also can be reached by clicking on the button in the user account area <иконка загрузки> button on Self Service page. .

Enable downloads option in Common features section of Indeed CM Setup Wizard.

On the Downloads page, the resources that the administrator has added will be available:

If a file has been added, clicking Click on the link will to start the download, if a web page, it will open in a new tabfile download or go to the web-page.
