The profile contains information about the Agent, user sessions, associated devices and recent events related to Agent.
Agent name (WIN10.demo.local highlighted by capital letters ) is a mandatory parameter. Default value is DNS-name of the computer where the Agent is installed. To modify Agent name, click Edit name.
Comment is an optional parameter. It is not specified by default. To set or modify comment, click Edit comment.
Sessions lists sessions of users logged on to the workstation (not necessarily with a smart card) or service sessions (these are displayed only if the workstation is on). There are two types of user sessions:
- Console – if a user logged on to workstation directly
- Terminal – when a user connected to the workstation remotely (e.g., via RDP)
Bound cards lists the devices linked to the Agent by Indeed CM administrator.
Recent events lists the five most recent events related to Agent operation.
Shows an example of Agent profile, displaying the sessions and devices of a user.
