Axidian CertiFlow Agent is an additional component of the system, it should be installed and configured after Axidian CertiFlow is deployed. |
Axidian CertiFlow Agent allows to remotely manage and control personal user authentication devices (USB tokens and smart cards). The Agent is installed on workstations connected to cards issued by Axidian CertiFlow.
While working automatically on users' workstations, the Agent performs the following operations with smart cards:
- locking and unlocking
- clearing
- changing the PIN code of the card administrator
- card monitoring - reporting on blocked or unregistered cards and incorrect PIN-code entry attempts.
If the administrator-set rules for using a smart card are violated (e.g. if a user connects to another employee's workstation), the software can block the smart card or the user's session in the operating system.
