Before you start unloading data from SAM, you must prepare Indeed Certificate Manager Axidian CertiFlow to receive this data. Perform the following steps:
- Make sure that the Indeed CM user Axidian CertiFlow user catalog is the same as the SAM user catalog. The path to the user the user catalog is set in the Indeed CM Setup Axidian CertiFlow Configuration Wizard (section User Catalog > Active Directory).
- Make sure that there is a valid license for enough users in Configuration > Licenses.
- Make sure that all eToken types which used in SAM are added in Configuration > Card types.
